Reference When using alarms keep the following information in mind:
In general, alarms are disabled during periods of start up or after a set point
change to prevent nuisance alarms during machine stabilization.
When a status light tower is installed, it displays green to indicate the
machine is at operating level and all alarms will function at their predeter-
mined level.
For tanks, alarms are disabled for up to 30 minutes. When the temperature
reaches within 2 °F of the set point temperature, alarm delay reduces to two
(2) minutes.
For optional IR heaters, alarms are disabled for up to 15 minutes. When the
temperature reaches within 5 °F of the set point temperature, alarm delay
reduces to five (5) minutes.
The resistivity alarm is disabled for five (5) minutes after the final rinse is
turned On.
