Procedure Use the following steps to verify flow meter readings and ensure optimum system
balance is achieved.
1. Ensure the external water source is properly connected and water is flowing
to the Aquastorm™ system.
2. Remove the system rear panels.
3. Ensure the final rinse and prewash upper and lower flow control ball valves
are in the open position, parallel to the pipe.
4. Turn the final rinse and wash/prewash modules On.
5. Read and note the L/min (gpm) reading on the final rinse flow meter.
6. Read and note the L/min (gpm) reading on the prewash flow meter.
7. If the readings are equal or the final rinse reading is no more than 10% higher
than the prewash, no further adjustments are necessary.
8. To adjust the flow move the upper and lower flow control ball valves in the
prewash section to lower the flow.
9. Check the L/m (gpm) readings. Repeat the process to reach optimum readings
and operating flow.
