Clean Vinyl Tubing and Strainer

Procedure Refer to the following steps to access the vinyl tubing:
1. Shut down Aquastorm™ system operation.
2. Perform Lock Out/Tag Out steps. See Attach Facility Lock-Out Tag-Out
Device on page 11.
3. Remove system rear panels.
4. Remove the detergent delivery tube from the detergent storage tank.
5. Check the full length of the vinyl tubing. If any damage is discovered, discon-
tinue use and contact Electrovert technical support.
6. Remove the stainless steel strainer from the vinyl tubing and clean with clear
running water and shop air.
7. Remove the nozzle end of the vinyl tubing from the venturi housing and run
clear water through the tubing to clean.
8. Replace and secure the tubing back onto the nozzle.
9. Replace and secure the stainless steel strainer onto the other end of the vinyl
tubing.
