DETERGENT INJECTION
Drain Tank and Check Low Level Sensor

Materials required Use the following materials for cleaning:
• MSDS for saponifier used
• Clean facility water
Procedure Use the following steps to empty and clean the detergent storage tank:
1. Open the detergent storage tank lid.
2. Ensure the detergent delivery tube is removed from the detergent storage
tank.
3. Drain saponifier from the detergent storage tank and dispose of according the
saponifier MSDS.
4. Close the detergent storage tank lid.
5. Have two (2) people remove the detergent storage tank from the rear pre-
wash section.
6. Unscrew and disconnect the low level sensor from the electrical cable.
7. Clean the detergent injection tank with clear water.
8. Check the full length of the low level sensor electric cable and both ends of
the one way connector.
9. Check the low level sensor inside the tank and ensure it is clean of buildup or
corrosion. Make sure the sensor end moves freely.
