Photograph Figure 11–13 shows the direction to turn the 10 x 32 cap screw after replacing
the outer cover onto the Hurricane Jet™ manifold assembly.

Procedure Refer to the following steps to reinstall an upper Hurricane Jet™ nozzle:
1. At the front of the machine, replace the white, Teflon® gasket on the end of
the outer nozzle.
2. Insert the Hurricane Jet™ outer nozzle through the wash or rinse window and
carefully slide the nozzle back on the manifold tube.
3. Use a 5/32 allen wrench to turn the 10 x 32 cap screw in a clockwise direc-
tion and replace it.
4. Replace the 10-32 stainless steel socket head cap screw and M5 flat washer
through the top of the support bracket and into the end of the Hurricane Jet™
nozzle.
5. Replace the two (2) M5 x 30 stainless steel flat head screws, M5 lock wash-
ers, M5 flat washers and M5 x 0.8 hex nuts to the bottom of the support
bracket where it is secured to the conveyor rail.
