Blower Air Filters

Procedure Perform the following steps to shut the system down and access the blower:
1. Shut down Aquastorm™ system operation.
2. Ensure system power is Off.
3. Perform Lock Out/Tag Out steps. See Lock-Out Tag-Out on page 10.
4. Remove system rear panels.
5. Use a flat head screwdriver to loosen the hose clamp(s) securing the blower
manifold assembly to the blower motor and pull the assembly off of the
blower motor.
6. Use the 13 mm hex head open wrench and crescent wrench to loosen and
remove the two (2) sets of slide out blower tray bolts. Set them aside in a
safe place.
7. Slide the blower motor out to the maintenance position.
Procedure Perform the following steps to access and replace the blower air filter:
1. Loosen the wing nut holding the filter housing top in place.
2. Remove the wing nut and filter housing top and set aside in a safe place.
3. Lift the blower air filter up and off of the filter housing bottom.
4. Slide the replacement blower air filter down onto the filter housing bottom.
5. Replace the filter housing top and wing nut on top of the new blower air filter.
6. Tighten the wing nut into place.
Procedure Perform the following steps to return the system to operation:
1. Slide the blower motor back into the operation position.
2. Replace the two (2) sets of slide out blower tray bolts and tighten them into
place with the 13 mm hex head open wrench and crescent wrench.
3. Replace the blower manifold assembly onto the blower motor and use the flat
head screwdriver to tighten the hose clamp(s) into place.
4. Replace system rear panels.
5. Remove Lock-Out Tag-Out tags. See Lock-Out Tag-Out on page 10.
6. Begin system operation. For detailed information refer to the Aquastorm 100™
or Aquastorm 200™ Programming and Operations Guide.
