Replace Light Tower Bulb

Shut Down/Start Up
Procedure
Use the following steps prepare for the procedure.
1. Shut down Aquastorm™ system operation.
2. Ensure system power is Off.
3. Perform Lock Out/Tag Out steps. See Lock-Out Tag-Out on page 10.
4. Perform procedure.
5. Remove Lock Out-Tag Out tags. See Lock-Out Tag-Out on page 10.
6. Begin system operation. For detailed information refer to the Aquastorm 200™
or Aquastorm 100™ Programming and Operation Manual.
Procedure Use the following steps to replace a burned out light bulb:
1. Use a flat head screwdriver to loosen the light tower lens assembly top
mounting screw and remove the black light tower assembly top.
2. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the top lens mounting screw.
3. Remove the top lens. If the top lens bulb is burned out, proceed to Step 5.
4. If necessary remove the lenses until the burned out bulb is located.
5. Grasp the lens with the burned out bulb. Push and turn the burned out bulb in
a counterclockwise direction to remove the bulb from the lens.
6. Insert the new bulb into the groove and socket. Push and turn the replace-
ment bulb clockwise to seat the bulb into the lens.
7. Check the alignment arrow on the lenses removed. Align each lens above the
previous lens so the alignment arrows line up vertically to each other and to
the groove in the black base.
8. Replace all lenses removed. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten each
lens individually into place.
9. Replace the black light tower top. Use a flat head screwdriver to tighten it
into place.
