Replace Light Tower Lens

Procedure Use the following steps to replace a damaged lens:
1. Use a flat head screwdriver to loosen the light tower lens assembly top
mounting screw and remove the black light tower assembly top.
2. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the top lens mounting screw.
3. Remove the top lens. If the top lens is damaged, proceed to Step 5.
4. If necessary remove the lenses until the damaged lens is located.
5. Grasp the damaged lens and remove the light bulb. Push and turn the light
bulb in a counterclockwise direction to remove the bulb from the lens.
6. Insert the bulb into the groove and socket of the replacement lens. Push and
turn the replacement bulb clockwise to seat the bulb into the lens.
7. Check the alignment arrow on the lenses removed. Align each lens above the
previous lens so the alignment arrows line up vertically to each other and to
the groove in the black base.
8. Replace all lenses removed. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten each
lens individually into place.
9. Replace the black light tower top. Use a flat head screwdriver to tighten it
into place.
