12.3.4 Resetting the HWBB State
Normally, after the Shutdown command is received and power is no longer supplied to
the Servomotor, the /HWBB1 and /HWBB2 signals will turn OFF and the SERVOPACK
will enter the HWBB state. If you turn ON the /HWBB1 and /HWBB2 signals in this state,
the SERVOPACK will enter a base block (BB) state and will be ready to acknowledge the
Servo ON command (Enable Operation command).

If the /HWBB1 and /HWBB2 signals are OFF and the Servo ON command (Enable Oper-
ation command) is received, the HWBB state will be maintained even after the /HWBB1
and /HWBB2 signals are turned ON.
Send the Shutdown command to place the SERVOPACK in the BB state and then send
the Servo ON command (Enable Operation command).

If the SERVOPACK is placed in the BB state while the main circuit power
supply is OFF, the HWBB state will be maintained until the Shutdown
command is received.
12.3.5 Recovery Method
All of the following conditions must be met.
n All safety request inputs are ON.
n The Servo ON command (Enable Operation command) was not sent.
n None of the following utility functions have been executed. (These functions execute
the Servo ON command (Enable Operation command).)
