16.4.3 Troubleshooting Alarms
16.4.3.1 Overview
The causes of and corrections for the alarms are given in the following tables. Contact
your YASKAWA representative if you cannot solve a problem with the correction given in
the tables.
16.4.3.2 Troubleshooting of the PROFINET Module Alarms
