Inspecting, mechanical stops
Use this procedure to inspect the additional mechanical stops.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Shown in figure Location of
mechanical stops on page 130.
Check the additional stops for damage.2
Make sure stops are properly attached.3
Correct tightening torque, mechanical stops:
• Axis-1 = 115 Nm
Art. no. is specified in Required
equipment on page 130.
If any damage is detected, the mechanical stops
must be replaced!
Correct attachment screws:
• M12x70 quality 12.9 Gleitmo 603 (2 pcs per
additional mechanical stop)
