Securing the motor

Guide pin, M10x150: 3HAC15521-2Apply two guide pins in opposite holes.1
Always use guide pins in pairs!
Put the motor onto the guide pins.2

Make sure the cable exit hole will be turned
the correct way.

CAUTION
The motor weighs 11 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!

Rotation tool: 3HAC7887-1Apply the rotation tool and use it to rotate
the pinion when mating it into the gear.

To release the brakes, connect the 24 VDC
power supply.

Connect to connector R2.MP2:
• + = pin 2
• - = pin 5
CAUTION
Whenever parting/mating motor and gear-
box, the gears may be damaged if excess-
ive force is used!
