Syntax :DATA:REFerence1:FILL
Description Execute a single measurement and set the measured value into the primary
and secondary reference values for deviation. This command is same as
:DATA:REFerence2:FILL on page 208. (No Query)

value (if the lower limit of the range is not reached) or the maximum value (if
the upper limit of the range is exceeded) is set.
