:SYSTem:FSHift
Syntax :SYSTem:FSHift <numeric>
:SYSTem:FSHift?
Description When you make a measurement with the measurement frequency set to 1
MHz, specifies the shift of the signal frequency (frequency shift value) actually
applied to the DUT relative to 1 MHz as a percentage of 1 MHz.
Parameters
If the specified parameter is out of the allowable setup range, the minimum
value or the maximum value is set.

This command is not available in Option 002.
The value of this command is not changed with *RST and :SYSTem:PRESet
