SARVAM UCS will make 5 attempts (default value of Data Transfer Retry Count - on Negative Response) to
send the message after a regular interval of 3 seconds (default value of Data Transfer Retry Timer - on
Negative Response). If the ACK is still not received from the CAS, SARVAM UCS will proceed to the next
message.
