6A-66 ENGINE REPAIR
DISMANTLING AND ASSEMBLY OF THE
AUXILIARY ORGANS GROUP
Characteristics
Los órganos auxiliares siguientes: bomba hidráulica de
servodirección, filtro de aceite, bomba inyectora ó bomba de
alta presión de combustible, bomba de aceite, bomba de vacÃo
y el intercambiador de calor, se agrupan en un bloque al que se
le denomina «GRUPO DE ORGANOS AUXILIARES».
These organs group is located at the left side of the engine .
The organs receive motion through a combination of gears located
in the organs group. These gears are activated by a gear moved
by the timing belt. Lubrication is brought about by the engine
oil.
On the upper part of the organs group there is an oil spout in
order to provide for, and fill with, oil for the engine .

Desmontaje
1) Desmonte el alternador y el soporte frontal (refiérase a 6A-59).
2) Desmonte la bomba inyectora (refiérase a 6A-36)

3) Desmonte la bomba de alta presión de combustible (refiéra-
se a 6A-36)

4) Dismantle driving belt of the timing (see 6A-28).
5) Dismantle or disconnect:
• Oil inlet tube (4) to hydraulic pump and pour oil from tank
in an appropriate container.
• Sleeve (3) of pressurized oil outlet
• Vacuum tube (8) .
• Inlet and outlet water tubes (9) and (10) from heat exchanger
(14).
• Screw (11) fixing support metallic fastening belts (12) to
block.
• Screws (2), (5) and (7) fixing ensemble auxiliary organs
group (1) and back support (6) of the alternator.
6) Withdraw support back (6) of the alternator and remove group
of the auxiliary organs (1).
CAUTION:
Plug with appropriated caps air, fuel, hydraulic oil,
engine oil and water holes while openings keep
appearing during dismantling because the entry of
alien bodies in the conductions could seriously
damage the component in question.
