Assembly
1) Proceed to assembly reversing the dismantling order, paying
attention to the following remarks:
• Clean thoroughly the contact coupling areas between the
auxiliary organs group and cylinders block.
• Assemble new oil-seals of the points indicated by an arrow,
lubricating previously.
• Fit the auxiliary organs group ensemble (1) on the cylinders
block. Put recommended sealant ref. 790961 on the first
15 ÷ 20 mm of the fixing screws threads.
• Assemble the screws near the back support of the alternator
applying the specified tightening torque.
Tightening torques:
• Screws (5) M8:
2,5 Kg-m (25 Nm)
• Screws (2) y (7) M12:
6 Kg-m (60 Nm)
• Screw (11) connection takeaway of support metallic
fastening belts to block:
2,5 Kg-m (25 Nm)
• Nuts (13) connection takeaway of support metallic
fastening belts to heat exchanger:
2,5 Kg-m (25 Nm)
• Continue assembly reversing the previously applied
dismantling order; apply the specified tightening torques
and those specified in the complementary tasks.
Tightening torques:
• Linkage sleeve of oil outlet (3):
3 ÷ 4 Kg-m (30 ÷ 40 Nm)
• "Linkage oil inlet tube (4):
3 ÷ 4 Kg-m (30 ÷ 40 Nm)
NOTE:
Ensure that synchronization between connecting
rodshaft and crankshaft is still the adequate as it was
explained in the timing belt dismantling procedures
(see a 6A-28).

2) Realice el llenado y purgado del circuito hidráulico de la
servodirección (refiérase a 0B-27)
