9) Disconnect parking brake conditioning rod removing the
spring pin.
NOTE:
If you don't have any tool or an hydraulic table to
remove the assembly, remove and separate the transfer
box and then the gear box.
10) Place hydraulic table on lower part of the 5th gear case
(reinforced zone) if possible screwing the mechanism plate
to housing threaded pivots.
WARNING:
It is recommended to use a coupling system on the
hydraulic table for greater security during the
extraction of the transmission and transfer box
assembly.
11) Tighten lifting mechanism without forcing.
12) Remove transmission holding plate.
13) Detach plates with the corresponding silentblocks.
14) Place a holding system for engine.
15) Disconnect reverse speed and double traction couplers,
disconnect the electric branch of the rolled flange and the
small breather hoses placed on the rear of engine.
16) Remove screws which join engine and transmission and
transfer box assembly.
17) Detach the transmission and transfer box assembly until
the end of the primary shaft is completely free of the pressure
plate diaphragm and carry out extraction taking care not to
damage the diaphragm.
CAUTION:
This operation should be carried out making sure
that no component is damaged or forced,
disconnect any that is seen to be damaged.

8) Disconnect the auxiliary cylinder clutch pipe and cover the
ports to lose the lower quantity of liquid.
