11.To complete the splice, press the open end of the belt linking loop on the
splicing link onto the wire belt link where the screwdriver was first inserted.
12.Repeat Step 4. through Step 11. to connect the opposite end of the belt link-
ing loop and any other linking loops.
13.Cut and remove plastic wire ties previously used to hold belt sections
together.
