Procedure Prepare system for cascade setup and configure the prewash section:
1. Ensure system power is On.
2. Drain system tanks.
3. Turn system power is Off.
4. Perform Lock-Out Tag-Out steps. See Lock-Out Tag-Out on page 10.
5. Remove system rear panels to access the rear prewash section.
6. If installed, have two (2) people remove the detergent storage tank from the
rear prewash section.
7. Locate the prewash cascade and prewash drain ball valve controls exiting the
prewash module.
8. Turn the ball valve on the prewash drain to the Closed position to prevent pre-
wash effluent from draining directly out.
9. Turn the ball valve on the prewash cascade to the Open position. This allows
prewash effluent to cascade to the recirculating wash module.
