Procedure Set up the recirculating wash and optional chemical isolation sections:
1. Access the rear recirculating rinse section.
2. Locate the drain pipe from the recirculating rinse tank to the recirculating
wash tank.
3. Turn the ball valve located on this drain pipe to the Closed position. This pre-
vents cascading from occurring and keeps saponifier solution separate from
rinse solutions.
4. For systems configured with the optional enhanced chemical isolation tank,
locate the cascade pipe from the recirculating rinse tank to the chemical isola-
tion tank.
5. Turn the ball valve to approximately a 45° angle to Slightly Open the posi-
tion.
6. Replace rear panels on system.
7. Remove Lock-Out Tag-Out tags. See Lock-Out Tag-Out on page 10.
8. Begin system operation. For detailed information refer to the Aquastorm 200™
