Use an origin search when it is necessary to align the origin within one rotation with the
machine origin. The following speeds are used for origin searches.
n Rotary Servomotors: 60 min

n Direct Drive Servomotors: 6 min

n Linear Servomotors: 15 mm/s

Confirm the following conditions before you start an origin search.
n The parameters must not be write prohibited.
n The main circuit power supply must be ON.
n There must be no alarms.
n There must be no hard wire base block (HWBB).
n The servo must be OFF.

Click the Servo Drive Button in the workspace of the Main Window of the Sig-
maWin+.
2. Select Search Origin in the Menu Dialog Box.
