The reset is possible using the optional parameter PNU 972 in the following manner: The
reset is initiated by write accessing PNU 972 = 1.
The write access to PNU 972 (with value 1) results in a drive reset and
therefore from the perspective of the Controller in a Drive Unit failure. It
cannot be guaranteed that the positive acknowledgement is still sent in
time from the Drive Unit or received from the Controller.
