Incoming Calls
• To print Incoming Calls with filters, click IC Call Report.
Setting Print Filters
• Click Extensions and Trunks to expand.
• Set the filters as desired. You can print reports of incoming calls received on all extensions, a specific
extension or a range of extensions and trunk ports: CO, Mobile, SIP.
To print reports of specific extensions, clear the Calls received on All Extensions check box and
enter the desired extension range in From and To.
• To print calls received only on extensions that have not been assigned Access Codes, select the Print
Calls received on Extensions having blank Access Code check box. Make sure in Calls received
from Extensions, you have assigned 0 in the From and To fields.
• Click Submit.
