This mail will be sent to the SE Email ID
configured in the General Settings, when a
message with the message type

for an Extension Number (if configured) from
the Caller Number.

This mail will be sent to the SE Email ID
configured in the General Settings, when a
message is received for an Extension
Number (if configured) and conversation
was with the Number.
a. If Caller Number is unavailable, Caller Name will be displayed. If both are unavailable, ‘Unknown’ will be displayed. The
CLI Number can be an External Caller Number or an Internal Caller Number.
b. Message Type may be Normal or Urgent.
