To Upload or Download a Prompt,
• Click on the respective Prompt Name link.
The Add/Edit Prompt window will open.
• To upload or overwrite a prompt,
• Click the Browse button to reach the location on the local disk where the respective prompts are
stored in your PC.
• Click to upload.
Make sure, the file to be uploaded is a wav file.
The filename can be a maximum of 64 characters.
The allowed characters for the filename are A to Z, a to z, 0 to 9, - and _.
• To download a prompt, click .
