How to use
For Extended IP Phone Users
To pick up a ringing extension in your Group
• Press DSS Key assigned to Call Pickup Group.
OR
•Dial 4.
• Talk.
• Go idle.
To pick up any one of several ringing extensions ringing or the extension that is not in your group
• Press DSS Key assigned to Call Pickup Selective
OR
• Dial 12.
• Dial number of the Extension you want to pick up.
•Talk.
• Go idle.
For SLT Users
To pick up a ringing extension in your Group
• Lift the handset.
•Dial 4.
•Talk.
• Replace handset.
To pick up any one of several ringing extensions ringing or the extension that is not in your group
• Lift the handset.
• Dial 12.
• Dial number of the Extension you want to pick up.
•Talk.
• Replace handset.
