Diagram Figure 6–7 shows the conveyor wire belt installation drawing:

Tools and Materials Use the following tools to install conveyor wire belt:
• Roll of conveyor wire belt
• Wire belt master link set
• Needle nose pliers
• Small flat head screwdriver
Feed the Wire Belt
Feed the Wire Belt from the top of the conveyor
toward the exit end of the system, then around
the underside of the conveyor, toward the entrance
end of the optional Inlet Conveyor assembly.
Feed over Top
Pull from Bottom
Four (4) Adjustable Drive Shafts
Remove Wire Belt Slack
Loosen the adjustable drive shafts to provide
slack for wire belt master link assembly.
After installing the master link, adjust and
retighten the adjustable drive shafts so the
wire belt is not slack.
