<NR3> is the vertical cursor A position.
Examples

APOSITION
to 50 ns.
DISplay:PLOTView1:CURSor:V BArs:APOSition? might return
:DISPLAY:PLOTVIEW1:CURSOR: VBARS:APOSITION -60.0796E-9
indicating the VBARS APOSITION is set to -60.08 ns.

This command sets or queries the vertical cursor B position of the specified cursor
in the specified view.
