This command sets or queries the polarity for the measurement when the
measurement type is burst width. Measurements are specied by x.

Arguments
NORMal species normal polarity.
INVerted species inverted polarity.

measurement number is specied by x.

Arguments
OFF species that population settings can be changed independently for each
individual measurement.
ON applies the global population settings to all the measurements' population
settings.
0 species that population settings can be changed independently for each
individual measurement.
1 applies the global population settings to all the measurements' population
settings.
Examples
MEASUrement:MEAS1:POPUlati on:GLOBal 1 applies the global population
settings to all the measurements' population settings.
