Arguments
ON specifies to use logic qualification for a w indow search.
OFF specifies not to us logic qualification for a window search.

Arguments
UPPer specifies that the instrument triggers when the signal remains above the
upper threshold for longer than the time limit and then crosses downward through
the upper threshold.
