⇒ Set-up double pre-tensioning jacks as d
e-
scribed in section 2.
⇒ Start up hydraulic unit 94942.
⇒ Close vent screws 6 on the jacks as soon a
s
oil flows bubble-free.
⇒ Actuate hydraulic unit until a pressure
of
approx. 1530 bar is indicated.
Never move piston 8 of the pre-tensioning jac
k
further up than to the red limiting groove ’BN’.
⇒ Screw back nuts 4 by approx. ¾ turn wi
th
round bar ’RS’ (gap ’SA’ in Fig. ’A’).
⇒ Release pressure to zero.
⇒ Remove the double pre-tensioning jacks.
