2.1 Placing lifting gear
D Lifting gear 94202 must be adapted according to paragraph 1.1.
⇒ Place lifting gear diagonally onto cylinder liner 2.
⇒ Apply oil to the threads of screws 94202h.
⇒ Insert fixing blocks 94202g into the openings resulting by the removal of con-
nection pieces 9 from water guide jacket 3 (Fig. ’B’). Fasten these to the lifting
gear by means of screws 94202h which have to be tightened with 200 Nm.
2.2 Removal
⇒ Carefully lift cylinder liner.
Remark: Regarding laying down a cylinder liner, see section 6.
