4. Removal of water guide jacket
⇒ Place the cylinder cover with screwed-down water guide jacket over wooden
underlays ’HU’ as shown in Fig. ’D’.
Risk of accident! Never put your hand between the water guide jacket and the
wooden underlays!
When the cylinder cover is lifted off, the water guide jacket must either be screwed
down on it, or completely removed!
⇒ Loosen the screws and separate the water guide jacket from cylinder cover
using appropriate tools.
5. Fitting of water guide jacket
⇒ Clean all the sealing faces and ring grooves.
⇒ Put water guide jacket 2 on wooden underlays ’HU’, lubricate the sealing
faces and O-rings 10. Use new O-rings only!
⇒ Lower and align the cylinder cover above the water guide jacket as far as to
allow screws 6 to be screwed in the cylinder cover.
⇒ Screw in and tighten the screws evenly.
