3. Removal and fitting of 2 x water separators
3.1 Removal

⇒ Mount the trolleys with spur-geared chain blocks H
1
and H
2
(WLL 500 kg
each) on rail 12.
⇒ Attach lifting and withdrawing gear 94667 and bracket 94667b.
⇒ Fasten manual ratchet H
3
to bracket 94667c and connect it to the shackle of
gear 94667.
⇒ Hook spur-geared chain block H
2
in gear 94667.
⇒ Using manual ratchet H
3
carefully pull out water separator 3 (242 kg) from the
receiver as shown in the above figure.
⇒ Install lifting tool 94667b and limiter 94667e.
Attention! Note the length = 741 mm of the wire rope corresponding to a water
separator combined with two SACs.
