Item Specification
Offset Adjustment Range -2.4 V to 2.4 V
Adjustment Unit 18.9 mV/LSB
Gain Adjustment
Item Specification
Offset Adjustment Range 100 ±50%
Adjustment Unit 0.4%/LSB
The gain adjustment range is made using a 100% output value (gain adjustment of 0) as
the reference value with an adjustment range of 50% to 150%.
A setting example is given below.
n Setting the Adjustment Value to -125
100 + (-125 × 0.4) = 50 [%]
Therefore, the monitor output voltage goes to 50% of the original value.
n Setting the Adjustment Value to 125
100 + (125 × 0.4) = 150 [%]
Therefore, the monitor output voltage goes to 150% of the original value.
– The adjustment values do not use parameters, so they will not
change even if the parameter settings are initialized.
– Adjust the offset with the measuring instrument connected so that the
analog monitor output value goes to zero. The following setting
example achieves a zero output.
– While power is not supplied to the Servomotor, set the monitor
signal to the torque reference.
– In speed control, set the monitor signal to the position deviation.
