• The Lot Number, Calibration Date, Activity and Calibration Time may be
determined from your measurements of the dose in a Dose Calibrator or from the
previously prepared dose label.
• For Capsule Multiple Doses, enter the number of capsules to be administered
(Multiple Units Given). For Liquid Multiple Doses enter the Multiplying Factor [(Total
Vol of Liq) / (Vol of Liq Counted)].
