INTRODUCTION
The CAPTUS
®
4000e software provides the user with an archive database feature to easily
save all the current data files at one time. The archived files can be sorted according to test
groups, viewed and printed selectively. Archiving should be performed periodically to provide
a system backup or before deleting old patient files and records.
Note: Archived files are only available for viewing and report printing. They cannot be
accessed for editing or additional data collection.
To access the Archive module, select the Archives button or press Alt+A on the CAPTUS
®
4000e Main screen. Figure 14-1 Main Archive Screen will appear.
