1. To input new values in any frame, click the appropriate text box or radio button or use the
Tab key to move from one selection to another.
2. Select the Done button to save changes or select the Cancel button to discard the
changes and return to Figure 9-3 Absorbed Dose ALERT Main Screen.
Note: Changing any of the parameters will not affect patients which were already counted
before the edit took place. All patients added after the edit will use the changed
parameters.
• To return to previous screen without saving changes press the ESC key.
ADDING PATIENTS
Note: All fields in bold are required before you can begin an Absorbed Dose ALERT
emergency screening measurement.
1. Select the Add button on Figure 9-3 Absorbed Dose ALERT Main Screen. Figure 9-13
Patient Data Screen will appear. All information input in the Incident Setup will appear on
this screen.
2. To alter any information entered in Incident Setup, select the Change Setup Values
button. A message box will appear asking if you are sure you want to change the Incident
Setup Values. If Yes is selected, the disabled (grayed-out) boxes will become enabled.
Note: Only change the Incident/Site ID if there is something unique about the incident or
site for this patient.
