PowerConnect 8024F Front Panel
The PowerConnect 8024F front panel provides 24 SFP/SFP+ ports, four of which are combined with
100M/1G/10G Base-T ports.

• The switch automatically detects crossed and straight-through cables on RJ-45 ports.
• SFP ports support both SX and LX modules.
• RJ-45 ports support full-duplex mode 100/1000/10000 Mbps.
NOTE: A combo port may have both the RJ-45 and SFP+ ports cabled to a remote device and, if so, the SFP+ port
will be the active port while the RJ-45 port will be disabled. The SFP+ ports comply with IEC60950-1, IEC60825-1, and
IEC60825-2 and are contained within a fire enclosure.
