4.28 Pivot/Hook Lock Assembly Bracket
Tools required: Phillips head screwdriver
Ruler
Pencil
Small hack saw
Emery board
¼-pint can of touch-up putty paint (P/N 83 900 69)
Removal
SHOCK HAZARD:
Unplug the power cord from the controller assembly. Failure to do so
could result in personal injury or equipment damage.
1. Unplug the power cord from the controller assembly (A) (see figure
4-36 on page 4-77).

2. Remove the hood assembly from the shell assembly (refer to
procedure 4.5 on page 4-14).
