2.29 Mattress Tray Does Not Tilt Properly
1. Check the area around the mattress tray (A) for possible obstruction
(see figure 2-30 on page 2-90). The mattress tray (A) is free from
obstruction.

Yes No
↓→Remove the obstruction from the mattress tray (A). If this
solves the problem, go to “Final Actions” on page 2-24.
Otherwise, go to step 2.
2. Inspect the condition of the mattress tray (A). The mattress tray (A)
is in good condition.
Yes No
↓→Go to RAP 2.30 on page 2-92.
3. Rotate the right-hand mattress tilt mechanism knob (B)
counterclockwise until it stops. The right end of the mattress tray (A)
is at a 12° angle.
