Toner is detected in some non-print parts.
(This error occurs at almost determined positions.)
- Initial check -
Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt or foreign object?
- Major check parts -
CASSETTE ASSY 250 CL (PL2.1.1), ROLL BTR

1 Is toner detected in the lower part? Clean the inside of the device.

Is the toner detected in the edge at the end of paper? Check whether the ROLL BTR is
attached normally.
Clean the inside of the device.
3 Is the specified paper used? Use the specified paper.

Is paper set correctly? Clean the inside of the device and
set papers again.
