Image data is printed with toner scattered.
- Initial check -
Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt or foreign object?
- Major check parts -
PLATE DT SAW (PL8.1.4), AZUSA HVPS (PL9.1.6),
ROLL BTR (PL8.1.14)

1 Is the humidity too low? Adjust the humidity.
2 Is the specified paper used? Use the specified paper.

Is paper stored in an appropriate place? Improve the paper storage
environment.
4 Is the PLATE DT SAW dirty? Clean the PLATE DT SAW.

Is the voltage applied to the PLATE DT SAW? Check the contacts of the high-
voltage terminals. When they are
not normal, repair them. When
they are normal, check the state
of the high-voltage power;
otherwise, replace the AZUSA
HVPS.

Is a foreign matter near the ROLL BTR? Clean near the ROLL BTR, then
remove the foreign object and
clean the dirty parts.
