REP3.3 (SCC) CLUTCH ROLL FEED (TRAY) (PL3.1.20)
<Removal>
1) Pull the LEVER FRONT R (PL8.1.11) and the LEVER FRONT L (PL8.1.12) toward you, open the
COVER ASSY FRONT.
2) Remove the COVER ASSY STACK CL. (REP1.7)
CAUTION
Be careful not to damage the FFC OPP CL (PL1.1.21) in the procedure
below.
3) Remove the COVER ASSY TOP CL with the FFC OPP CL. (REP1.4)
4) Remove the COVER SIDE LEFT CL. (REP1.1)
5) Remove the COVER ASSY RIGHT CL. (REP1.2)
6) Remove the COVER FRONT LEFT. (REP3.7)
7) Remove the COVER FRONT RIGHT. (REP3.6)
8) Remove the FRAME BASE RTD TRAY HN. (Refer to REP 3.5)
9) Remove the TRAY ASSY FRONT CL. (REP3.8)
10) Remove the FRONT UNIT. (REP3.1)
11) Remove the FRAME ASSY FRONT. (REP8.6)
12) Remove the three screws (2 pcs: gold, with washer, 6mm; 1pc: gold, with washer, tap, 8mm)
securing the GEAR ASSY FRONT A2 (PL3.1.3), remove the GEAR ASSY FRONT A2.
13) Remove in order of the GEAR 32-24 (PL3.1.7), the GEAR 30-18 (PL3.1.8) and the GEAR 40-18
(PL3.1.9) from the GEAR ASSY FRONT C (PL3.1.6).
14) Remove a screw (gold, with washer, 6mm) that fixes the EARTH PLATE MSI G (PL3.1.18).
15) Remove a screw (gold, with flange, tap, 8mm) securing the GEAR ASSY FRONT C, remove the
GEAR ASSY FRONT C.
16) Release the harness of the CLUTCH ROLL FEED (TRAY) from the hooks, remove the KL-clip, and
then remove the CLUTCH ROLL FEED (TRAY) to the arrow direction.
