1
- Initial check -
Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt, or foreign object?
- Major check parts -
ROS ASSY (PL10.1.1), PWBA MCU XFABK(B)
(PL9.1.25), LVPS 230 (PL9.1.5)
Replace and
reattach the parts.
To step 2
2
- Scanner Motor or LD power of LD Assy check - *
Is 24VDC applied to the J105-1PIN<=>J105-2PIN?
Is 5VDC applied to the J106-5PIN<=>J106-4PIN?
To step 5 To step 3
3
- PWBA MCU XFABK(B) continuity check -
Are the J105-1PIN<=>ROS ASSY-8PIN and J106-
1PIN<=>ROS ASSY connected normally?
To step 4
Replace the ROS
ASSY
4
- PWBA MCU XFABK(B)<=>LVPS 230 check -
Is the harness between the PWBA MCU XFABK(B) and
LVPS 230 connected normally?
To step 5
Replace the LVPS
230
5
- Scan Motor Drive check - *
Is 0VDC applied to the J105-3PIN<=>J105-2PIN at
power-on?
Replace the
PWBA MCU
XFABK(B)
To step 6
6
- LD On/Off signal check - *
Is 0VDC applied to the J106-8PIN<=>J106-6PIN at
power-on?
Replace the
PWBA MCU
XFABK(B)
To step 7
7
- PWBA MCU XFABK(B) replacement check -
Does this error occur after the defective PWBA MCU
XFABK(B) is replaced with a normal one?
