5.1 Preface
5.1.1 How to Use Parts List
â—† Section 5 Parts List containts information on spare parts.
â—† The parts list is used in preparation for ordering replacement parts and entering area codes.
To use the parts list correctly, read the description below carefully.
5.1.2 Notice for Use
â—† Read notes, if any, in the DESCRIPTION column carefully before ordering and replacing
parts.
â—† Area codes are shown on each plate.
The area codes (for toner/Current Value adjustment, etc) that cannot be expressed by
specific parts on a plate are shown on another related plate.
5.1.3 Caution for use of parts list
â—† The figures indicating the illustrations are the item No. in the list and present
correspondencebetween the illustrations and parts.
â—† The notation of PL "X.Y.Z" is composed of the plate (PL), item "X.Y", and parts "Z".
â—† The alphabet characters in the illustrations represent screws and clips as follows: "S": screw,
"E": E-ring, "KL": KL clip, "C": C-ring, and "N": nut.
â—† The mark "(with 2-5)" attached to assembly parts on the illustrations and lists represents that
the items "2, 3, 4, and 5" of that plate are contained.
â—† The mark "[Same PLX.Y.Z]" attached to parts in the illustrations and lists resents that the parts
is the same as the parts of the item "Z" of the plate "X.Y".
â—† "HIGH ASSY" in the list represent the high level assembly parts containing that parts.
