ASSY (PL4.1.30), ROLL ASSY REGI (PL4.1.35), ROLL
ASSY PRESS (PL4.1.36), Drum/toner cartridge
(PL10.1.2)
Replace and
reattach the parts.

Does the MOTOR ASSY MAIN run normally?
Select [MOTOR ASSY MAIN TEST] on the
DIAGNOSTIC MODE MENU.
Go to FIP-2.7,

- GEAR ASSY check -
Does each gear in the GEAR ASSY rotate smoothly?
Remove the FUSER ASSY CL CH and the Drum/toner
cartridge, rotate the gears by hands, and visually check
that the gears function normally.

Does each gear or roll of the FUSER ASSY CL CH
rotate smoothly?
Remove the FUSER ASSY CL CH, rotate the gears by
hand, and visually check that the gears function
normally.

Does the ROLL ASSY REGI and ROLL ASSY PRESS
rotate smoothly?
Rotate the ROLL ASSY PRESS by hands for check.
