Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt, or foreign object?
- Major check parts -
PWBA MCU XFABK(B) (PL9.1.25), PWBA SENSOR
(PL4.1.17), INTERLOCK SWITCH (mounted on the
SENSOR PWBA), COVER FRONT (PL3.2.10), CABLE
SENSOR (PL9.1.9)
Replace and
reattach the parts.

- INTERLOCK SWITCH push check -
When closing the COVER ASSY FRONT, is the
INTERLOCK SWITCH turned ON?
When opening the COVER ASSY FRONT, is the
INTERLOCK SWITCH turned OFF?
- There is a tool.

- There is no tool.

Replace the faulty
part.

Does the INTERLOCK SWITCH function normally?
Select [SENSOR/SWITCH CHECK] on the
DIAGNOSTIC MODE MENUS.
Replace the
PWBA MCU

Is there the CN101-10PIN<=>CN101-11PIN of
INTERLOCK SWITCH continuity when closing the
COVER ASSY FRONT?
Is there the CN101-10PIN<=>CN101-11PIN of
INTERLOCK SWITCH no-continuity when opening the
COVER ASSY FRONT?
To step 5
Replace the
PWBA SENSOR

- CABLE SENSOR check -
Does the J101<=>CN101 connect normally?
Replace the
PWBA MCU
