Phenomenon/Initial check Print sample
All white (white paper)
No data is printed out, and paper is all white.
- Initial check -
Are there errors such as use of parts in different
specifications, attachment error, damage,
transformation, dirt or foreign object?
- Major check parts -
Drum/toner cartridge (PL10.1.2), ROS ASSY
(PL10.1.1), PWBA MCU (PL9.1.25)

- Drum/toner cartridge error 1 -
Does toner remain in the Drum/toner cartridge?
Replace the Drum/toner
cartridge.

- Drum/toner cartridge error 2 -
Is the toner seal pulled out from the Drum/toner
cartridge?
Pull out the toner seal of the
Drum/toner cartridge.

- ROS ASSY connection error -
Is the connector normally connected to the ROS
ASSY?
Reconnect the connector of the
ROS ASSY.

- ROS ASSY data transfer error -
Is data normally transferred to the ROS ASSY?
When it is normal, replace the
ROS ASSY; otherwise, replace
the PWBA MCU.
